Congrats to AOL Pictures - updated product

AOL Pictures launched an update this morning, which includes distributed slideshows (so you can embed them on Facebook, mySpace) as well as updates to the Galleries.  Including a small page to link to your fav albums. Plus share your album via AIM Share.   See an example of a profile page here.

Agile Development: Training

Here's a video on Agile Development that was shot at HQ/Dulles. Check it out - some good tips in it.  http://pdl.stream.aol.com/aol/us/aolinternal/corpcomm/internal/brownbag/agileoverview_dl.mov

Give Magnet a try in the myAOL Beta

Magnet is the recommendations and discovery product, that is included in myAOL.   We think it's a fun way to discover content from across the web.  As you interact, it gets better and will (over time) give recommendations to you.      For example,  some of my recommendations are around "cats" - you can imagine why... ;-) Give it a try and give the Magnet team feedback. They have been working like crazy on this.  OK, I wanna try Magnet now - Lets go! Got feedback?  Give it to us here

New signs....

Wow..... not only did myAol make it to beta, but we have new signs out the front. Pure Magic.   It's taken a long time to get the new signs. In the next few weeks all will be updated.   A small step for man kind.

Give myAOL a try

The team is working hard to get myAOL (which is Mgnet,  Favs and Startpage all in one great UI) to Beta.    You can access the product here from our internal beta site.   Obviously we'd love your feedback and usage of the product. http://beta.aol.com/projects.php?project=myaol   Send us feedback : myaol-feedback@listserv.sup.aol.com     Have fun, and please let us know what you think :-)

Suspense and Drama

The talk of this week is what happens next in this show.....     I am pleased to see that all of AOL Video's content is snaggable - including this clip of the last of Tony.
